Learn to Skate
MYHA's Learn to Skate program is open to everyone ages 4yrs and older. We teach the fundamentals of skating and get the kids to love being out on the ice. Kids will be divided up based off skating ability not age when out on the ice. No prior skating experience is required. If your child is younger than 4yrs old but you want to get them out on the ice, please contact our LTS Coordinator.
Ages
Learn to Skate is open to all skaters who are 4yrs and older.
When
Learn to Skate runs from October 12th 2024 - March 1, 2025.
Where
All Learn to Skate sessions will be held at Methuen High School.
Practices
Learn to Skate is held on Saturday mornings from 8:30am-9:30am.
Required Equipment
- Skates
- Helmet w/full cage
- Neck Guard
- Gloves
- Knee Pads
- Elbow Pads
- Hockey Pants (encouraged)
Jerseys
Jersey's will be provided to all registered skaters.
